REFUND POLICY TECHVIEW

Introduction

At TECHVIEW, we take pride in delivering high-quality web design, web development, graphic design, and digital advertising services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services which involve creative, digital, and customized work all payments made to TECHVIEW are generally non-refundable.

However, certain exceptions apply, as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Web Design & Web Development

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Work has not yet started, AND
  • Refund is requested within 48 hours of payment.
  • No wireframe, mockup or layout was provided to the client before coding and client is not satisfied with work at 50% completion, changes were made still client isn't satisfied.

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • Only the initial concept stage or wireframe stage has begun
  • No full design or development assets have been delivered

Once design mockups, layouts, development progress, or website files have been delivered, refunds are not applicable.

2.2 Graphic Design Services

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • No design drafts have been created
  • Refund request is made within 24-48 hours of payment

Once initial concepts, sketches, or design files are delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2.3 Digital Advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp Ads, TikTok Ads.)

Refunds are not available for:

  • Advertising budgets already spent
  • Campaign setups that have been completed
  • Ad creatives or marketing strategies already delivered

Management/Service fees are non-refundable once work has started.

3. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are unhappy with the delivered work, TECHVIEW offers:

  • Revisions or corrections
  • Adjustments within the agreed revision limits
  • Additional improvement options

Refunds will not be issued based on subjective preferences once services have been delivered.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • TECHVIEW reserves the right to suspend or cancel ongoing projects
  • Legal and administrative fees may be applied
  • All project materials, licenses, and digital assets will be revoked

We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any issues.

5. Project Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun:

  • No full refund will be issued
  • A partial refund may be considered ONLY if minimal work has been completed
  • Costs for completed work, time, and resources will be deducted

6. Project Cancellation by TECHVIEW

If TECHVIEW must terminate a project due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • A fair partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed
  • All unfinished work will be discontinued
